Blakely Site / Bainbridge Site (Full Time)
Nationally Competitive, Great Benefits Package, National Health Service Corps approved site for potential loan repayment.
The Physician provides and manages direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for specified patient population. Physician will serve as part of a provider healthcare team (physicians, physician assistant and nurse practitioner) with competent clinical and administrative support.
Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician with directly related experience which may include residency in a directly related medical specialty. Medical Specialty Licenses in Georgia and Board Certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty.

OUTREACH AND ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST
Bainbridge Site (Full Time)
Applicant will provide education to individuals and groups regarding health insurance options and Medicaid eligibility. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, assisting with enrollment into health insurance programs.
OE Specialist must comply with and successfully complete all applicable federal and/or state consumer assistance training required for personnel carrying out consumer assistance functions as a licensed Navigator in Georgia.
Four years of customer service experience preferred and understanding of the basic principles of managed care and the concepts of publicly financed health insurance such as Medicaid and CHIP programs. Experience with public speaking and leading group meetings. Preferred applicant must hold a four year college degree in social work, marketing, health care or related field.

Primary Care of Southwest Georgia is in search of a Registered Nurse with a minimum of three years supervisory experience. Georgia License is required.

LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER – 32 hrs/week with Benefits
Primary Care of Southwest Georgia has an immediate opening for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). A Master’s Degree in Social Work and a current Georgia Clinical Social Work License in good standing, strong computer skills with Electronic Medical Record experience and no less than three years’ practice experience in a medical setting are required.
